Course Payments

Australian Lifesaver Training does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Refunds for on-site face to face learning events may be offered by Australian Lifesaver Training at its sole discretion.

Credit Card Payments

All personal and credit card information provided to Australian Lifesaver Training is encoded using an encryption protocol that protects data over the Internet called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We do not store credit cards and use a third party provider to ensure security is at the highest level.

Intellectual Property Rights

All information, materials, functions and other content contained on our site are our copyrighted property or the copyrighted property of our licensors or licensees. All such rights are reserved. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to us and/or our licensors or licensees.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

You may access most areas of our site without registering your details with us. Our Student portal is only accessible to registered students

We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may in exceptional circumstances cease to publish the site for upgrades.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party.
